Amid an ongoing FBI investigation, Diddy stands accused of continuing his hedonistic lifestyle despite federal raids. According to anonymous testimony from a woman identified only as Jane during the sex trafficking kingpin trial, Diddy allegedly persisted in hosting wild sex parties even after his private life came under intense scrutiny following multiple sexual assault allegations.

Jane testified that although Diddy’s mansions in Miami and Los Angeles were raided by the FBI in March 2024, she continued to participate in debauched gatherings—featuring male prostitutes hired by the music mogul—in May, July, and August. Her relationship with Diddy reportedly ended only when he was arrested in September.

The scandal deepened as Diddy’s legal team moved to have the trial dismissed, accusing prosecutors of knowingly submitting false evidence. In a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian, defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro claimed the government engaged in “prosecutorial misconduct” by presenting testimony they knew—or should have known—was fundamentally untrue regarding allegations that Mr. Combs dangled Bryana Bongolan from the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016.

Shapiro emphasized that at the time of the alleged incident, Diddy was actually staying at the Trump Hotel in New York City, with hotel records (marked as GX7Y111) and other evidence in the government’s possession confirming his whereabouts. “The government knew or should have known this testimony was false, and that Ms. Bongolan could not possibly have been injured by Mr. Combs on a Los Angeles balcony in the early morning of September 26—or even the day before,” Shapiro wrote. “In fact, the government had evidence all along showing Mr. Combs was on the East Coast when they told the jury he was allegedly assaulting Ms. Bongolan in Los Angeles.”

Judge Subramanian has yet to rule on the motion to dismiss, as new evidence and witness statements continue to emerge.
